Shipping Policy

This policy explains how and when your Noctara order is delivered.

1. Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

2. Delivery times

• United Arab Emirates: typically 1–3 business days after dispatch.
• GCC: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• International: typically 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs.

These are estimates, not guarantees; couriers and customs can occasionally cause delays.

3. Shipping charges

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and order value. Any free-shipping threshold, where offered, is shown in your cart.

4. Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll email a tracking link. You can also follow your order from your account.

5. Customs & duties

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

6. Incorrect addresses

Please check your address at checkout. We can’t be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
